Dr Sasanka is an AI executive and strategic advisor with over two decades of experience bridging advanced mathematical modelling and scalable business innovation. He helps organisations move beyond AI experimentation to production-grade systems that deliver real commercial value.

With a rare combination of a PhD in Mathematics and an MBA, he pairs deep technical rigour with a sharp commercial lens building high-performance AI and ML practices from the ground up, and turning promising models into dependable, revenue-generating products.

More recently, his focus has centred on end-to-end MLOps and LLM integration helping businesses deploy, scale, and govern AI responsibly, and build it into the workflows that run their operations.

His guiding principle is simple: technology should create real, lasting advantage, not complexity for its own sake.

Michael is an accomplished accountant and business owner.
He is a member of the FCCA and is
a member of the National Practice Panel.Â

He trained with Deloitte and later worked with multinational organisations gaining deep insight into high-performing business environments. ​He has applied these best practices to grow AMQ, which he founded in 2010, into a 25-person multidisciplinary firm, advising SMEs across audit, tax, and corporate finance.
